Our client is seeking experienced Schedulers to join its Project Controls team, supporting mission critical projects across multiple U.S. locations. The role focuses on Primavera P6, CPM scheduling, delay analysis, forecasting, and schedule recovery.

Project focus
Support the planning and controls of large and complex building construction and infrastructure programmes. The role will develop and manage CPM schedules through design and construction, establish baselines, monitor progress and variances, assess delays and changes, produce financial forecasts, and support recovery planning and schedule alternatives.
Key skills and Experience required
· Strong hands-on proficiency with Primavera P6
· Advanced knowledge of CPM scheduling methodologies and principles
· Experience with cost and resource-loaded schedules
· Ability to analyse schedule updates, variances, delays, and scope changes
· Experience performing Time Impact Analysis and assessing the effect of delays
· Experience with contract change orders and schedule impacts
· Strong project financial forecasting and completion forecasting skills
· Experience developing recovery schedules and evaluating alternative scenarios through what-if analysis
· Experience supporting large, complex programmes involving multiple project teams
· Strong experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams
