Conduct EH&S risk evaluations as part of the Management of Change process, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental requirements.
· Implement best practices and safety frameworks aligned with EH&S guidelines.
· Participate in project evaluations, including hazard assessments, design reviews, job safety analyses, and ergonomic/machine safety evaluations.
· Assist in closing and tracking actions identified in impact assessments.
· Perform routine inspections, audits, and compliance checks to confirm adherence to safety permits, regulatory licenses, and operational protocols.
· Gather and analyze EH&S data, reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
· Lead or contribute to investigations of incidents, conducting root cause analyses and recommending corrective actions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and refine permit-to-work (PTW) procedures.
Other duties may be assigned based on organizational needs.
The role requires an individual with in-depth EH&S expertise, particularly within the biopharmaceutical or related industries. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for effective engagement with key stakeholders.

Essential:
· A degree in Science, Engineering, or EH&S, with a minimum of five years’
experience in environmental, health, and safety fields.
· Strong understanding of legal compliance requirements and industry best practices in environmental and occupational safety.
· Ability to compile reports, create dashboards and presentations, monitor performance trends, and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
Desirable:
· Experience in machine safety is a plus.
· Strong ability to deliver engaging training and presentations.
· Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
