We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in logistics facilities and high-bay warehouse construction to join a large-scale industrial development project.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities for a major logistics / high-bay warehouse development
• Manage contractors, subcontractors and site teams to ensure delivery on time and within budget
• Ensure compliance with German construction regulations, HSE standards, and project requirements
• Coordinate with design, engineering and client teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor progress, quality, and site safety
• Report regularly to senior project management and stakeholders
• Resolve construction issues and support project risk management

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager on large-scale logistics or industrial projects
• Strong experience with high-bay warehouse or automated warehouse construction is essential
• Sound knowledge of German construction regulations and site practices
• Experience managing multiple contractors and large site teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to work on-site

Desirable Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) and intralogistics installations
• Strong understanding of steel structures, concrete works, and MEP coordination for warehouse environments
