Darwin Engineering are currently looking for an experienced Construction Quality Manager to join their team on a data centre project in Germany.

Project Focus
- Oversee quality assurance and quality control throughout construction and handover.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards.
- Manage defects, non-conformances and outstanding works through to resolution.
- Track issues and corrective actions using project management software.
- Coordinate with contractors and project teams to maintain quality and programme requirements.
- Promote Health & Safety standards and ensure high-risk activities are properly managed.
- Manage handover activities and ensure all quality records and closeout documentation are completed.
Key Skills and Experience Required
- Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or equivalent technical experience.
- Proven Quality Management experience on large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects.
- Strong knowledge of quality control, defect management and construction inspections.
- Experience with project management software and quality tracking systems.
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and on-site leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of construction Health & Safety requirements.
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
