We are seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager for a major pharmaceutical construction project with a strong focus on cleanroom and GMP environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage all Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works on site.
- Oversee cleanroom structures, partitions, finishes, floors, and ceilings to GMP standards.
- Coordinate with MEP, process, and commissioning teams.
- Lead subcontractors, ensure HSEQ compliance, and drive quality and programme.
- Support inspections, snagging, and handover.
Requirements
- Proven CSA management experience on pharmaceutical, biotech, or cleanroom projects.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and controlled environments.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and interface with clients.
- Relevant qualification; CSCS/SMSTS (or equivalent) preferred.
