We are seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager for a major pharmaceutical construction project with a strong focus on cleanroom and GMP environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works on site.
• Oversee cleanroom structures, partitions, finishes, floors, and ceilings to GMP standards.
• Coordinate with MEP, process, and commissioning teams.
• Lead subcontractors, ensure HSEQ compliance, and drive quality and programme.
• Support inspections, snagging, and handover.

Requirements

• Proven CSA management experience on pharmaceutical, biotech, or cleanroom projects.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and controlled environments.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and interface with clients.
• Relevant qualification; CSCS/SMSTS (or equivalent) preferred.
