SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant (EC) – 6‑Month Contract
Location: Hybrid (Northern Belgium – ~2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

About the Role
You’ll join a brand‑new team within a large international structure, leading a greenfield implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC). This role offers full end‑to‑end responsibility-from discovery and configuration through integration, testing, and post‑go‑live support.
Key Features of the Role
- Lead complete EC implementation lifecycle (workshops, design, configuration, testing, go‑live)
- Design integrations (e.g., payroll, legacy systems, third‑party tools)
- Deliver client workshops, training, and documentation
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and global stakeholders across multiple countries
- Hybrid model: approximately 2 days/week onsite in Northern Belgium
- Fluent English required; Dutch beneficial but not essential
- Competitive contract rate on offer
Requirements
- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, including full‑cycle EC implementations
- Proven track record in greenfield EC projects
- Strong knowledge of EC configuration (MDF, business rules, workflows)
- Experience with SAP integration frameworks (e.g., CPI, Integration Center)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Hybrid availability and willingness to travel regionally as needed
