Location: New York City (Manhattan) – Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week)
Contract: 12-Month Initial Contract (with potential extension – Multi-year project)

Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Transition Project Manager to lead an SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration as part of a global ERP transformation programme. The role requires close collaboration with U.S. and Japan-based stakeholders, implementation partners, and senior business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of an SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration.
- Manage project planning, governance, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate business, IT, and external implementation partners.
- Lead project meetings, reporting, and executive updates.
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years’ experience managing enterprise ERP transformation projects.
- Proven SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration project management experience (essential).
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
- Business to native-level Japanese and English (essential).
- Experience working across Japanese and international teams.
- Able to work onsite in Manhattan 2-3 days per week.
