Scheduler

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join its Scheduling team, supporting large-scale data centre campus development and construction projects across multiple U.S. locations. The role focuses on Primavera P6, MS Project, CPM scheduling, critical path analysis, forecasting, delay identification and schedule management.

Project focus

Support the planning and scheduling of large-scale data centre developments from project initiation through design, construction, commissioning and handover. The role will manage multiple complex schedules, establish baselines, monitor progress, identify delays and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to key stakeholders.

Key skills and Experience required

· Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Scheduler, including 2+ years within data centres, industrial or large-scale commercial construction

· Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project

· Advanced knowledge of CPM scheduling, critical path analysis, float, variance and schedule logic

· Experience managing multiple complexes, multi-phased construction projects simultaneously

· Experience developing and maintaining baseline project schedules

· Strong ability to analyse progress, delays, schedule changes and their impact on project completion

· Experience with project forecasting, milestone reporting and progress validation

· Ability to identify schedule risks and delays and communicate impacts to Project Managers and leadership

· Experience developing recovery schedules and evaluating alternative planning scenarios

· Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with multidisciplinary project teams, General Contractors and technical stakeholders
