E&I Turnover Coordinator – Hillerød Denmark – Contract Position
Our client is looking for an E&I Turnover Coordinator who is available to join the crew ASAP.
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented E&I Turnover Coordinator to join our project team in Denmark. This role will ensure that all electrical and instrumentation systems are fully tested, documented, and ready for handover to commissioning.

- Location: Onsite in Hillerød
- Start Date: ASAP / Sep / Oct 2025
- All-Inc Day Rate: To be discussed / depends on experience, travel costs, etc
Key Responsibilities
- Work with turnover teams to prepare and maintain E&I test packs.
- Compile and review inspection and test records for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all as-built information is accurately reflected on turnover drawings.
- Support the commissioning team during system handover.
- Conduct system walkdowns with installation teams to confirm readiness.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in E&I system turnover, QA/QC, or commissioning support.
- Strong understanding of test packs and inspection documentation.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and update as-built records.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
