Project focus
Working on a major, fast-paced data centre campus in Hamina, supporting the delivery of multiple live data centre projects with further facilities planned. The Quality Manager will take ownership of the overall construction quality programme, working across multiple disciplines and specialist contractors to ensure quality standards, inspections, documentation and corrective actions are effectively managed.
Key skills and Experience required
- Proven Quality Manager experience on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong multi-discipline quality management experience across Electrical, Mechanical and CSA.
- Experience managing QA/QC systems, inspections, ITPs, documentation and NCRs.
- Strong understanding of FAT, installation and commissioning processes.
- Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar digital quality systems.
- Previous data centre / mission-critical experience highly preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, nuclear or other high-spec construction also relevant.
- Strong site-based experience with contractor and subcontractor management.
- Able to take ownership of the full project quality programme.
