Job Title: PMO Analyst – Portfolio Governance & Reporting
Project Scope:
The PMO Analyst is responsible for maintaining the programme and project portfolio, ensuring the portfolio log remains the single source of truth for reporting, governance, and decision-making. The role supports the successful delivery of the portfolio by producing high-quality management information, monitoring compliance with PMO standards, and ensuring Project Managers consistently follow agreed ways of working. Full remote is fine.
The successful candidate will actively leverage AI and modern digital tools to automate repetitive tasks, improve reporting, increase productivity, and enable the PMO to operate more efficiently.
Must Have Experience:
- Experience working within a PMO, Programme Office, or Project Management environment.
- Strong understanding of project governance, portfolio reporting, and delivery assurance.
- Experience maintaining portfolio logs, milestone plans, RAID logs, and governance documentation.
- Good understanding of Business Cases and how they support investment decisions and delivery outcomes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate meaningful insights.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to create executive-quality slide decks.
- Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides and Drive) and Jira.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini or similar) to improve productivity and reporting.
Contract Length: 5 months
