The Role
As a Project Manager Construction, you will play a key role in delivering a wide range of construction projects across an existing property portfolio. Acting as a central interface between internal stakeholders and external partners, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your Profile
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
- Several years of experience in project management within the construction sector
- Strong knowledge of the German construction industry
- Solid understanding of construction processes, costs, and delivery methods
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel as required
- Confident user of Microsoft Office
- Fluent English and good German skills
