This role is for a growing international organization at a pivotal stage of development. Streamlining a diverse digital toolset and ensuring seamless onboarding and support for a multicultural team.
I’m looking for someone who:
- Holds a Bachelor’s or vocational degree in IT or a related field.
- Has experience as an IT administrator with a proactive, helpful attitude.
- Knows their way around administrating Google Workspace (essential), Slack, GitHub, and Monday. Ideally also with experience in Bitwarden.
- Has experience in ensuring that applications are being used in the correct way by various end-users, including providing training.
- Is mindful of information security and GDPR compliance, ensuring all IT practices align with data protection regulations.
- Has experience managing the functional performance of applications to ensure they meet business needs.
- Can also monitor, maintain, and optimize application configurations.
- Knows how to act as a liaison between technical IT teams and end-users to address operational requirements.
- Has facilitated application updates and enhancements and has coordinated testing and deployment.
- Has experience in gathering and analyzing user feedback to improve system usability and functionality.
- Communicates fluently in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach.

Nice to have:
- Programming skills to automate administrative tasks.
- Basic web development experience to maintain company websites, such as JavaScript.
