• Develop and optimize wafer fabrication processes for III-V laser diodes (InP, GaAs)
• Improve process yield, performance, and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, reliability) to assess process impact on device performance and lifetime
• Support technology transfer from R&D to production
• Work closely with external foundries:
• Evaluate and qualify manufacturing partners
• Implement and scale processes in outsourced environments
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
• Contribute to process documentation and standardization

• 5+ years of experience in III-V wafer processing
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Lithography
• Wet and dry etching
• Thin-film deposition / metalization
• Experience in industrial or high-volume semiconductor manufacturing
• Familiarity with InP and/or GaAs technologies
• Understanding of laser diodes, photonics, or optoelectronic devices is a strong advantage
• Experience working with or managing external foundries is a plus

• Fluent in English (French is a plus)
• Willingness to relocate to the Paris area
• Open to international travel
