We are seeking a skilled HVAC Commissioning Engineer for a contract role on a large-scale data centre development in Denmark. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced project delivering critical infrastructure.
Role Overview
You will play a key role in the commissioning phase, ensuring HVAC systems are installed, tested, and operating efficiently to meet strict data centre performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Commissioning HVAC systems including AHUs, CRAH/CRAC units, chilled water systems, and ventilation
- Carrying out pre-commissioning checks and functional performance testing
- Supporting Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and client handover
- Reviewing technical documentation and commissioning plans
- Coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Identifying and resolving mechanical system issues
- Producing detailed commissioning reports and documentation
Requirements
- Strong experience commissioning HVAC systems on large infrastructure or data centre projects
- Familiarity with mission-critical environments preferred
- Good knowledge of HVAC controls and BMS systems
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Fluent English required (Danish not essential)
- Valid EU working rights
