Project focus
An urgent, short-term engagement supporting a live SAP environment. The consultant will step into an established landscape at short notice, assess current authorization structures, and resolve access and security issues that are impacting the business. Work spans role design, build, testing and remediation, alongside close collaboration with functional and technical teams to translate requirements into secure, well-governed access solutions.
Key skills and Experience required
- Senior-level SAP Security and Authorizations experience
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP roles, profiles and authorization objects
- Experience with role design, build, testing and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of role-based access control and segregation of duties
- Proven ability to investigate and resolve complex user-access issues
- Experience working across multiple SAP functional areas
- Able to join an urgent project and become productive immediately
- Available to start ASAP for an initial 4-6 week assignment
- Able to commit full-time, or a minimum of 50% of working capacity
- SAP S/4HANA security and authorizations experience (desirable)
- Experience with SAP GRC Access Control (desirable)
- Exposure to Fiori roles and catalogue authorizations (desirable)
- Experience supporting authorization remediation, audit or compliance activities (desirable)
