Role Overview
We are seeking a Client Service Representative for UKG Ready to provide exceptional client-facing support and assist with system implementation tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience working with HRIS or payroll systems, be comfortable engaging directly with clients, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients using UKG Ready.
- Provide day-to-day support for client inquiries, troubleshooting, and system navigation.
- Assist with implementation activities as needed, including system setup, testing, and onboarding.
- Escalate complex issues to senior consultants or technical teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support tickets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client support, HRIS, or payroll operations.
- Hands-on experience with UKG Ready or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with clients directly.
- Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently within EST business hours.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary: $52,000 – $58,000
