Experience
- Lead collaboration with Ignition/SCADA teams to architect and deliver scalable, real-time control systems
- Design, program, and optimise Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLCs using Studio 5000 across complex, mission-critical projects
- Own PLC strategy including ladder logic development, review, and optimisation to ensure performance and reliability
- Drive system integration using EtherNet/IP (primary) and Modbus, ensuring robust and resilient communications
- Provide senior-level fault finding, diagnostics, and root cause analysis across PLC and control systems
- Lead commissioning, testing, and validation activities, ensuring seamless system handover
- Act as a technical authority for PLC/controls, supporting junior engineers and guiding best practice
