Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers reaching out to our support department. You understand their needs, provide support with basic technical questions, and ensure the appropriate next steps are take whether that means dispatching a technician or arranging the delivery of parts.
You’ll work closely with our Hotline team and contribute to efficient work processes, customer satisfaction, and the continuous improvement of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers
- Coordinate Service Technicians together with the Hotline Manager
- Handle simple cases from start to finish, including identifying required parts and placing orders
- Register and follow up on customer cases and escalations
- Align delivery times and logistics with the spare parts department
- Support the planning of service visits and the return of parts
- Keep customers informed about the progress and status of their requests
Who Are We Looking For?
You have a technical background and know how to provide excellent customer service in a dynamic environment. You’re proactive, a strong communicator, and able to set the right priorities.
Your Profile
- Technical background at MBO+ or HBO level
- Knowledge of mechanics and electrical engineering (CNC, PLC, viewer software)
- Experience with troubleshooting and customer support
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Stress-resistant, flexible, and skilled at multitasking
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Experience in a field service or customer support role is a plus.
