About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced UKG Ready Implementation Consultant to join a growing workforce HCM organization dedicated to helping businesses strengthen, streamline, and scale their people operations.

As a Senior UKG Ready Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in guiding clients through successful HCM transformations. You will lead implementations from discovery through go-live, ensuring each solution is tailored to the unique needs of the client while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle UKG Ready implementation projects for small and mid-sized organizations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and business process workshops with key stakeholders.
• Configure UKG Ready modules to meet client-specific business requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on HR, Payroll, Time Management, Talent, and Workforce Management best practices.
• Design and execute implementation plans, testing strategies, and deployment activities.
• Support data migration, system integrations, and API connectivity requirements.
• Deliver end-user and administrator training programs.
• Partner closely with clients to drive adoption and long-term success.
• Identify opportunities to improve workforce processes through technology and automation.
• Provide post-go-live consultation and optimization recommendations.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of HCM, HRIS, or Workforce Management implementation experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience implementing UKG Ready solutions.
• Demonstrated success leading multiple end-to-end UKG Ready deployments.
• Strong expertise across:
  • Core HR
  • Payroll
  • Time & Attendance
  • Benefits Administration
  • Recruiting and Onboarding
  • Employee Self-Service
  • Workforce Management
• Experience working directly with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Strong requirements gathering, solution design, and business process mapping skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• UKG Ready certifications.
• Experience within an HCM software, consulting, or professional services environment.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and workforce technology ecosystems.
• Familiarity with compliance, workforce analytics, and reporting solutions.
• Experience supporting organizations through growth and operational transformation initiatives.
