Are you an experienced wind energy professional ready to lead complex turbine projects across the U.S.?
We are partnering with a top-tier renewable energy services provider to recruit a skilled and motivated Major Component Exchange (MCE) Manager. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for managing field-based turbine component replacements-ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every step.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of major component exchanges (gearboxes, generators, hubs, etc.) on wind turbines.
- Manage field crews and subcontractors while upholding safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate project logistics, including tooling and crane operations.
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for customers.
- Document work activities, project outcomes, and technical reports.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution and customer satisfaction
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of hands-on wind turbine maintenance/service experience.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory, lead technician, or project management role.
- Deep understanding of turbine components and MCE procedures.
- Willingness and ability to travel nationwide.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and field project planning tools.
- Valid driver’s license and a focus on safety.
