Role: Payroll Operational Specialist (Dutch speaking)

Start date: April 2026

Length: 3 months, due to extend for 6 months minimum, likely longer

About: This is an assignment with a global HRIS Partner. They have an an enterprise customer which they support across HR, IT and Payroll. Currently, due to ongoing demand they’re seeking a Payroll specialist who can oversee blue collar and white collar payroll from an operational perspective

Responsibilities:

• This is a support role assisting the local Netherlands payroll team with reconciliations and validate calculations
• Previous payroll processing experience in the Netherlands

Job Knowledge and Qualifications:

• Payroll experience in the Netherlands
• 5+ years Payroll experience from operational perspective
• Ideally experience with ADP, but not essential
• Dutch speaking – Fluent
