About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Germany. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English, with a proven track record of recruiting in the technology sector, preferably with a focus on ServiceNow professionals. Based in either Frankfurt or Munich, you will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to support our growing ServiceNow practice in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for ServiceNow roles, including Developers, Architects, Consultants, and Solution Specialists.
- Partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of ServiceNow talent through proactive sourcing, headhunting, networking, and talent mapping.
- Drive recruitment campaigns, job postings, and employer branding initiatives to position the company as a leading ServiceNow employer in the region.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure both technical fit and cultural alignment.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing market insights, candidate feedback, and recruitment analytics.
- Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, ideally with focus on ServiceNow or related ITSM/Cloud technologies.
- Strong sourcing skills with knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow ecosystem (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, IRM) and related talent market.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and candidate experience.
