Your Day-to-Day

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring solar installations operate smoothly and efficiently by:

• Providing remote support for the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PV systems.
• Monitoring system performance and identifying issues before they become problems.
• Configuring PV systems within the company’s operations and maintenance platform.
• Setting up and maintaining data loggers, routers, and communication equipment.
• Creating, tracking, and documenting service tickets related to maintenance and repair activities.
• Reviewing maintenance reports and coordinating follow-up actions where required.
• Supporting customers with technical questions and delivering a high level of service.
• Working closely with colleagues and external stakeholders to keep systems performing at their best.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with strong communication skills and a proactive approach.

• A qualification in IT System Integration, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a similar technical field.
• A solid understanding of photovoltaic (PV) systems and their technical design.
• Fluent German (C1 level or native) and confident English communication skills.

• Excellent organisational and documentation skills.
• The confidence to work independently while remaining a reliable and collaborative team member.
