Ready to help get Germany’s rail infrastructure back on track?
We’re working on some of the most exciting and complex rail infrastructure projects in Germany – and we’re looking for someone like you to join the journey.
Our rail engineering team plans and delivers large-scale projects that keep people and goods moving: everything from new track systems and stations to bridges and noise barriers. We take an interdisciplinary, BIM-based approach to planning and take pride in designing sustainable, future-ready solutions that make a real difference.
Currently, we’re seeking an experienced Project Manager (Rail Infrastructure) to join our team in Berlin, Dresden, Munich, or Nuremberg.
What you’ll be doing
-
Taking the lead on planning and managing complex infrastructure projects – whether it’s new builds, upgrades, or maintenance.
-
Acting as the go-to person for clients and project teams.
-
Coordinating timelines, budgets, and contracts across different planning disciplines.
-
Making sure designs meet all technical, legal, and regulatory standards.
-
Keeping projects on track – monitoring costs, risks, and progress.
-
Supporting your team with quality control, clear communication, and conflict resolution when needed.
What you bring
-
A degree in Civil Engineering (or something similar).
-
Several years’ experience in the rail or infrastructure sector, ideally managing large-scale projects.
-
A good grasp of BGB, HOAI, and VOB, plus strong technical and construction know-how.
-
Experience with BIM, Lean Management, or Scrum would be a plus.
-
Confidence with MS Office and fluent German (C1).
