As a Construction & Installation Support Engineer, you will provide hands-on technical and construction support for utility-scale solar projects, overseeing the installation and commissioning of ground-mounted solar systems, including trackers, fixed-tilt structures, and carport solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and oversee the installation of utility-scale solar mounting systems across Europe

• Provide on-site construction support throughout project delivery and installation phases

• Deliver installation training to contractors and customers

• Assist with prototype installations and commissioning activities

• Conduct quality inspections on materials and installation works

• Act as the key liaison between customers, installation partners, and technical teams

• Identify and resolve site-related technical challenges

• Ensure installation quality standards are maintained and project risks are minimised

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural Engineering, or equivalent experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working with PV ground-mounted systems, including trackers and fixed-tilt structures

• Strong understanding of the European solar market and competing technologies

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Fluent English; additional European languages are advantageous

• Ability to work independently within an international environment

• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe and the UK
