Position:
Internal Sales Manager

Position in the organisation:
The Internal Sales Manager reports to the Managing Director

Job Description:

• Maintain and develop customer relationships
• Process incoming requests
• Prepare and issue quotations for standard components
• Follow up on submitted quotations
• Manage quotation-to-order administration
• Prepare required weekly/monthly reports
• Take responsibility for the order backlog
• Guide and coach the internal sales team
• Ensure all departmental objectives are pursued and achieved
• Monthly meetings with the Financial Manager and Workshop Manager
• Daily meetings with the Sales Managers
• Set priorities within the internal sales department
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management

Education & Requirements:

• MBO level (secondary vocational education) in Electrical Engineering
• Affinity with sales
• Commercial awareness
• Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
