Functional profile that has experience on an international roll-out and on S/4 Hana Private Cloud. That could also lead a team of 3-4 consultants.

Key skills and Experience required

• Minimum 5 year’s experience as a Senior Consultant or Lead on PM – EAM
• Minimum 5 year’s experience with S/4 Hana Private Cloud International Roll-out
• Lead end-to-end delivery of EAM implementations or transformations
• Advise clients on asset lifecycle management
• Solution Design & Architecture Oversight
• Stakeholder Management
• Enable predictive maintenance using analytics / IoT
• Drive KPI frameworks (MTBF, MTTR, asset utilization, maintenance cost)
• Lead cross-functional teams (functional consultants, developers, SMEs)
• Mentor junior consultants
• Deep understanding of asset-intensive industries
• Hands-on or strong oversight experience with SAP EAM / SAP S/4HANA
• Project Management Institute frameworks
