Job title – Design Systems Frontend Engineer

Project focus
The team is modernising its engineering foundation, shifting away from reactive, manual work and toward a more AI-driven way of building and operating. Part of this shift means investing in stronger systems and infrastructure, including AI-assisted tooling and agents, alongside a broader design system migration.
Key skills and Experience required
* Strong hands-on experience with React and React Native
* Experience contributing to or migrating a design system
* Comfortable building reusable, well-structured components
* Practical experience working with AI-driven tooling or agents (e.g. AI-assisted development workflows, automation, or quality-check tooling)
* Experience structuring scalable GitHub repositories
* Tech-savvy and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-evolving, AI-first engineering culture
