HCM Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
- Establish and maintain a database of qualified leads obtained through emails, direct mails, telephone interactions, referrals, cold calls, and networking.
- Research prospects and creatively identify ways to develop relationships. Cultivate and qualify new leads and nurture through the sales funnel.
- Develop, maintain, and grow client relationships to ensure satisfaction and assess needs to upsell services. Respond to requests for product information and pricing.
Preferred Education / Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 3+ years’ experience preferred
- A combination of education and experience equivalent to above
Preferred Knowledge / Ability:
- Outside sales experience with UKG, Evolution, or other payroll systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to close sales and reach sales goals.
- Experience dealing with and selling to small level to medium sized businesses.
- Possess a high energy, success-driven attitude, with the proven ability to exceed sales goals.
- Ability to prospect, add new leads, follow up, and close sales.
- Highly motivated, results-driven self-starter with strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high focus on detail.
- Demonstrated problem solving and project management skills.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite products, with the ability to manage accounts in a CRM platform. (Hubspot).
