Senior Customer Service Management Consultant (ServiceNow CSM) – DACH
Our client, a leading IT management and ServiceNow partner in the DACH region, is seeking a Senior CSM Consultant to join their team in Switzerland, Germany or Austria.
Role Overview:
Develop, implement, and optimize ServiceNow CSM solutions, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to deliver successful ServiceNow initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions
- Independently manage projects and sub-projects
- Lead workshops and training sessions
- Conduct client meetings and presentations (German & English)
- Manage CSM integrations with other systems
- Mentor project staff and transfer knowledge internally
- Support sales activities
Candidate Profile:
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years ServiceNow experience, focusing on CSM
- Strong knowledge of configuring, implementing, and managing CSM solutions
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other business systems
- ServiceNow System Administrator and CIS certifications
- JavaScript skills (desirable)
- Fluent German and strong English
- Structured, goal-oriented, and independent
- Excellent communication and team skills
