Overview
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale, hyperscale data centre project in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading site quality control activities, enforcing compliance standards, and managing the inspection and handover processes for critical infrastructure packages.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day site QA/QC activities and installation testing in a live data centre construction environment.
- Review, manage, and implement Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and project quality books.
- Support Level 1-5 commissioning readiness by ensuring all field wall testing (FWT) and system checks are verified.
- Witness, audit, and validate quality testing for major MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) or CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) equipment packages.
- Coordinate closely with construction teams, sub-contractors, client quality representatives, and third-party inspectors.
- Monitor installation quality proactively, identifying, logging, and tracking Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to closure.
- Verify that all materials, equipment, and installations strictly operate in accordance with design intent, ISO 9001:2015, and client specifications.
- Produce comprehensive quality reports, final punch lists, test records, and comprehensive project close-out documentation.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of quality defects, managing root cause analysis when system deviations occur.
- Ensure all quality control activities are completed safely and in strict alignment with project health, safety, and environmental standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience managing QA/QC or quality compliance on data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, or large industrial infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of corporate Quality Management Systems (QMS), document control platforms (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam), and handover documentation.
- Experience working directly within hyperscale or large colocation data centre environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematic diagrams, P&IDs, and complex engineering specifications.
- Fluent English language skills (spoken and written) are essential.
- Dutch or other European language skills are a distinct advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution capabilities regarding construction defects.
- Eligible to work within the Netherlands or able to hold a valid, permanent local working arrangement.
