Role Overview
Our client is looking for an Android Developer to work on a mobile application using modern Android technologies and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Android applications using Kotlin (2.x).
- Build UI with Jetpack Compose and Material 3 (with some ViewBinding).
- Integrate APIs using Retrofit and OkHttp.
- Use Coroutines (and some RxJava) for asynchronous programming.
- Work with Firebase (Crashlytics, FCM, Analytics).
Skills & Experience
- Experience with Kotlin and modern Android development.
- Experience with Jetpack Compose and Material 3.
- Familiarity with Retrofit, OkHttp, Coroutines, and RxJava.
- Experience with Coil or Glide.
- Knowledge of Firebase services.
- Experience with ML Kit, CameraX, biometrics, Google Maps, or secure authentication (OAuth, SSL pinning) is a plus.
