Project Focus:
We are looking for a Mechanical Commissioning Engineer / Specialist to provide technical leadership and support the delivery of building commissioning services. The role will focus on mechanical building systems, HVAC equipment, commissioning documentation and coordination with contractors and clients.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum of 10 years of commissioning or relevant mechanical design experience.
- Mechanical Engineering Degree or Diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with building commissioning, retro-commissioning and re-commissioning projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical building services and mechanical controls.
- Experience preparing commissioning plans, test scripts and final reports.
- Ability to review construction drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
- Experience coordinating with general contractors, mechanical and electrical contractors, clients and other technical teams.
- Strong communication, organizational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage site visits and work independently across multiple projects.
- Experience supporting proposals, business development and commissioning service development.
- Commitment to quality standards and client satisfaction.
