Responsibilities
- Plan and allocate resources across projects
- Monitor resource usage and resolve bottlenecks
- Work closely with project managers and team leads
- Improve resource efficiency and reporting
- Support training and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
- Experience in resource management or workforce planning
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Excellent Excel skills
- Fluent German and English
