Overview

We are looking for a skilled and client-focused ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Solution Consultant to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in helping organisations transform their project, portfolio, and resource management capabilities using the ServiceNow platform.

You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams to design and implement scalable SPM solutions that drive business value and align with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to understand client requirements across portfolio, project, and resource management
• Design and implement ServiceNow SPM solutions, including PPM, Demand Management, Resource Management, and Financial Planning
• Translate business needs into functional and technical solution designs
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing best practice guidance on SPM processes and ServiceNow capabilities
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery and configuration of solutions
• Support pre-sales activities, including demos, proposals, and solution positioning
• Drive process improvement and digital transformation initiatives for clients
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and platform governance
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer for end users and stakeholders

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience working with ServiceNow SPM / PPM modules
• Strong understanding of project and portfolio management frameworks
• Experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate business requirements into solutions
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in pre-sales or client-facing consulting roles

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-SPM, CAD)
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules
• Familiarity with financial planning, demand management, and resource forecasting
• Background in consulting or digital transformation environments
