Project focus
Our client is looking for a Senior UKG Application Consultant to lead delivery on their UKG (Kronos) workforce management environment, working directly with stakeholders to configure and support the application across live client projects. This is a senior, customer-facing engagement for someone who can lead workstreams independently from day one.
Key skills and Experience required
– Minimum 5+ years of hands-on UKG (Kronos) project experience
– Minimum 2+ years of UKG Application expertise at a Senior level
– Proven track record leading projects, not just contributing to them
– Strong customer-facing experience, comfortable working directly with client stakeholders
– Consulting background strongly preferred, with the ability to hit the ground running in a new environment with minimal ramp-up
– Must be able to work core hours aligned to South Africa time zone
– Professional-level English or above (essential)
– Available to start immediately or within a short notice period; client can wait up to 4 weeks for the right profile, but earlier availability is strongly preferred
