A leading European real estate and construction business is seeking an experienced Construction Procurement Manager to oversee procurement activities across complex building and refurbishment projects.

You will manage the full tendering and procurement lifecycle, support contract negotiations, ensure compliance with procurement regulations (VOB/A, VOB/B, BGB), and work closely with internal stakeholders and external contractors.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in construction procurement or technical purchasing
• Strong knowledge of German procurement law and tendering procedures
• Experience with building construction / refurbishment projects
• Confident negotiator with strong analytical and organisational skills
• Fluent German and good English
