Senior Internal Recruiter – Global Talent Acquisition
Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite in Berlin
Duration: 6 months + extensions
Start Date: ASAP

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Internal Recruiter to join our client’s Global Talent Acquisition team. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for Product and Technology roles, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver a high-quality candidate experience and attract diverse talent across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
* Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to support strategic hiring needs.
* Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple product and technology roles.
* Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through sourcing and networking.
* Collaborate with People Team functions including Operations, People Business Partners, DIB, and Compensation.
* Coach hiring managers on best practices, processes, and interview techniques.
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Senior or Technical Recruiter in a corporate environment.
* Strong interest in technology and eCommerce.
* Solid knowledge of EMEA labor markets and employment legislation.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent English.
* Experience with ATS/CRMs (Workday and GEM preferred) and LinkedIn sourcing.
