Algorithms Developer / Researcher (Radar & EW)

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Security Requirement: EU Citizenship required, willingness to obtain EU security clearance up to EU Secret

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Engineer / Algorithms Researcher to support European Defence Fund (EDF) projects in the area of radar systems and electronic warfare (EW). The role focuses on advanced signal processing, algorithm development, and research activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and development of algorithms for radar signal processing and electronic warfare systems
• Work on detection, tracking, classification, and data fusion methods
• Conduct research and create prototypes of new algorithmic solutions
• Collaborate with engineering and research teams
• Support integration and validation of developed solutions
• Prepare technical documentation and reports

Requirements:

• Higher education in Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, Physics, or related field
• Experience in signal processing and/or radar systems
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, or C/C++
• Knowledge of radar techniques is an advantage
• Knowledge of electronic warfare concepts is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in an international R&D environment
