Role Overview
Our client is seeking a mid-to-senior level UX Design Ops Program Manager to join their UX Design Operations team.. The role focuses on operationalising Product Systems and Product Brand initiatives, enabling teams to design and ship faster while maintaining high standards of design quality and consistency. You will work closely with Design, Product, Research, Engineering, and Creative teams to streamline workflows and operating models.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead planning, communication, and execution for large-scale UX design system and product brand rollouts.
* Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration and operating rhythms.
* Design and manage execution strategies for complex UX initiatives and programs.
* Drive alignment across teams, identify dependencies, and proactively remove blockers.
* Document and scale operational best practices.
* Partner with stakeholders to support AI-enabled UX delivery workflows.
* Help establish new rituals and ways of working for emerging product areas.

Skills & Experience
* 5+ years’ experience in Design/UX Operations, Program or Project Management, Product Operations, or related fields.
* Proven experience working with multidisciplinary product teams.
* Strong documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Solid understanding of product development processes, design systems, and design tools (e.g., Figma, brand guidelines).
* Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, contract-based environment.
* Pragmatic, proactive operator with a bias toward action and scaling impact.
