MV/LV Authorised Person (AP)

We are seeking an experienced MV/LV Authorised Person (AP) to support the safe operation, commissioning, energisation, and maintenance of electrical systems on large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MV/LV switching, isolation, and energisation activities.
• Issue and control electrical permits-to-work.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and site regulations.
• Support commissioning, testing, and project handover activities.
• Review switching schedules, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with MV and/or LV electrical systems.
• Authorised Person (AP) certification or equivalent electrical authorisation.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety rules and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Experience in data centres, industrial facilities, utilities, or large infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams.
