- Space Avionics Architecture – 5+ years
- On-Board Computers (OBC) – 3-5+ years
- Payload Systems Architecture – 3-5+ years
- High-Speed Networking / Backplanes – 3-5+ years
- FDIR (Failure Detection, Isolation & Recovery) – 3-5+ years
- System Architecture & Interface Definition – 5+ years
- EMI/EMC, Radiation Tolerance & Signal Integrity – 3-5+ years
- Power Distribution Architecture – 3-5+ years
- Lead the end-to-end avionics architecture across spacecraft on-board computers and payload systems.
- Define scalable architectures for high-speed networking payloads, backplanes, boot and recovery concepts.
- Design robust FDIR strategies, including safe-mode behaviour and watchdog mechanisms.
- Produce and maintain technical architecture documentation, design justifications and system baselines.
- Perform engineering assessments covering radiation tolerance, EMI/EMC, signal integrity and power distribution.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams including Networking, GNC, RF, Software, FPGA and Mechanical Engineering.
