Our client, a SaaS company, needs an experienced Zuora specialist to step in for their internal Zuora owner during a period of leave. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day support across their Zuora Billing and Revenue environment: setting up new SKUs in the product catalogue, reporting on the status of issues as they come up, and keeping existing workflows and integrations (NetSuite ERP and a data connector) running smoothly. The current workflow set-up has grown complex, so there’s scope to simplify it, and a larger piece of work such as configuring VAT for one of their selling countries may also come into play.
Key skills and Experience required
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on Zuora development and configuration, across several Zuora environments
- Strong Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue experience, including product catalogue and SKU management
- Able to understand and untangle complex existing Zuora Workflows, and build new ones
- Experience maintaining Zuora integrations with NetSuite ERP and data connectors
- Clear, structured status reporting on Zuora issues to finance and operations stakeholders
- Comfortable working closely alongside a dedicated payments specialist
- Exposure to tax/VAT configuration in Zuora is a plus
