Finance Project Manager
Location: Berlin, Germany (3 days onsite preferred)
Contract: Fixed Term Employment Contract until December 2026

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day processes related to payments, crediting, and invoicing
- Coordinate seller contracting and maintain accurate records
- Track and manage incentives, payments, and financial flows
- Identify inefficiencies and support process improvements
- Assist in building and refining workflows and systems
- Handle incoming requests and data with a high level of accuracy and organisation
Key Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in operations, project coordination, or similar roles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with manual processes and data
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in process optimisation and workflow improvement
Nice to Have
- Exposure to payments, invoicing, or finance-related processes
- German language skills (beneficial but not essential)
