Sales Manager

Darwin Space are hiring for a Sales Manager on behalf of a company in Toulouse.

MISSIONS:
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will have the following responsibilities:
* Define annual sales objectives and build the associated sales action plan,
* Identify new opportunities (industrial projects, customer needs) and qualify leads,
* Being the customer focal point: relationship building, loyalty, satisfaction monitoring,
* Co-manage responses to calls for tenders with the Bid Manager and the technical teams,
* Develop a partnership strategy with complementary manufacturers or integrators,
* Contribute to commercial communication activities (trade shows, tools, marketing…),
* Ensure regular reporting of your business activity.
* Conduct market analyses to adjust the approach and prioritize development areas.

PROFILE:
* You have at least 10 years of experience in a sales role within the defence or critical industrial services sector,
* You are familiar with MCO (Maintenance in Operational Condition) environments, logistics support, electronics, retrofitting or technical services.
* You are known for your ability to close deals, prospect methodically, and build strong relationships.
* You are independent, tenacious, ambitious, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
* You are proficient in professional English, both written and spoken.
