Senior/Lead UKG Learning & Talent Management Consultant

About the Role
We are working with a leading consultancy in the UKG ecosystem that is looking for a Senior/Lead UKG Learning & Talent Management Consultant to join a high-profile client project.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will take ownership of the UKG Learning and Talent solution throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with client stakeholders to understand their requirements, design and configure solutions, and support the implementation through go-live and hypercare.
The project is expected to run for approximately 6 months, including go-live and one month of hypercare.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead discovery sessions and requirements workshops with client stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into effective UKG Learning and Talent solutions
- Own solution design, configuration and documentation
- Lead testing, UAT and issue resolution
- Support the project through go-live and post-go-live hypercare
- Manage client expectations, timelines, risks and escalations
- Act as a trusted subject matter expert across UKG Learning and Talent functionality
- Work collaboratively with project and technical teams to deliver a successful implementation
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other consultants where required
- Maintain a high level of quality while working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
What We’re Looking For
You should have strong, hands-on experience with UKG Pro Learning and/or UKG Talent Management, ideally gained through multiple end-to-end implementations.

Senior/Lead-Level Profile
We’re looking for someone who can independently own a client engagement, rather than someone who only has configuration experience.
You should be comfortable taking responsibility for the full implementation lifecycle, managing competing priorities, identifying and resolving risks, and communicating confidently with senior client stakeholders.
You’ll need to be someone who handles pressure well, has a positive attitude and takes ownership when challenges arise.
Ideal Background
The sweet spot would be someone with:
- 7-10+ years of HCM consulting experience
- 3-5+ years specifically focused on UKG Learning/Talent
- Multiple end-to-end UKG implementations
- Strong experience working directly with clients
- Previous experience in a consultancy or professional services environment
