Project focus
- Our aerospace industry client is looking for an experienced SAP Services Consultant to support a large-scale Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation programme.
Key skills and Experience required
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate SAP Fit-to-Standard workshops
- Gather and analyse business requirements during the Explore phase
- Advise stakeholders on SAP S/4HANA standard processes and capabilities
- Drive process harmonisation and adoption of SAP best practices
- Support business process design and solution definition activities
- Work closely with project teams to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Ensure implementation activities follow SAP Activate methodology
- Produce workshop documentation and business process outputs
- Engage with senior stakeholders across business and IT functions
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementations
- Proven track record leading Fit-to-Standard Workshops
- Strong understanding of SAP Activate Methodology
- Experience working within the Explore Phase of SAP programmes
- Strong business process and stakeholder management skills
- Experience on enterprise-scale SAP Transformation Projects
- Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders effectively
- Fluent English and German language skills
- Willingness to travel to Hamburg for customer workshops
