As we continue to grow our international contract recruitment offering, we are looking for an experienced Contracts Recruitment Manager to lead our Contracts Delivery team in our Umhlanga office.
The Opportunity
This is a key leadership role for an experienced contracts recruitment professional who is equally comfortable leading a high-performing delivery team while remaining hands-on in recruiting.
You will play a pivotal role in driving contract delivery across international markets, ensuring exceptional service to our clients while developing and mentoring recruiters. You’ll also be instrumental in refining processes, implementing best practices, and supporting the continued growth of our contract division.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop the Contracts Delivery team in our Umhlanga office.
- Continue to operate as a hands-on recruiter, managing your own portfolio of contract vacancies and candidates.
- Deliver high-quality contract recruitment solutions across international markets.
- Manage contractor mobilisation processes, ensuring smooth and compliant deployments.
- Oversee contractor onboarding, compliance and documentation.
- Work closely with internal teams to manage visa requirements and international mobilisation.
- Review, implement and continuously improve recruitment systems, processes and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor delivery performance, setting high standards for quality, speed and customer service.
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Support business growth through operational excellence and best practice.
About You
We are looking for an experienced contracts recruitment leader with a proven track record in international recruitment.
You will have:
- Significant experience in contract recruitment.
- Previous experience as a Contracts Recruitment Team Leader, Contracts Recruitment Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong experience recruiting into international markets.
- Excellent understanding of contractor mobilisation and international deployment.
- Working knowledge of visa processes and contractor compliance.
- Extensive experience managing contractor onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment systems, CRMs and operational processes, with experience implementing and improving systems.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front.
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
