SAP SuccessFactors Team Lead
Location: Remote from Germany (Hybrid preferred – Frankfurt area)
Salary: €80,000+ per annum
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role:
We are partnering with a dynamic consultancy to find an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Team Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team where you’ll play a key role in delivering SAP SuccessFactors projects while also mentoring junior team members and contributing to strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee SAP SuccessFactors implementation and optimization projects across various modules
- Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to junior consultants within the team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client needs and deliver tailored SuccessFactors solutions
- Support pre-sales, solution design, and project planning as needed
- Ensure high-quality project delivery and alignment with client expectations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and executive leadership
Requirements:
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules (no specific module preference required)
- Proven experience in a Team Lead or senior consulting role within SAP SuccessFactors projects
- Ability to mentor and support junior consultants and foster a collaborative team environment
- Fluent/B2 level German, strong English language skills
- Based in Germany – remote working is supported, with a preference for candidates local to Frankfurt for hybrid collaboration
Interview Process:
- First stage interview with the current Team Lead, who is being promoted
- Final stage with the leadership team and CEO
